Coworking in the Med area: legal framework, catalogue of coworking spaces and country overviews
We are pleased to present the first results of the COWORKMed project deriving from the communication and study activities.
Thematic factsheets are summarizing the overview of each local and regional workgroup, aiming to contribute raising of awareness and links between people and business who build and scale up the innovation ecosystem.
These factsheets provide comparative country information on the state of coworking and coworkers; public perception, typology, coworking benefits, challenges, legal framework & support and the future potential of coworking.
Database on legal framework concerning coworking theme at EU, MED, national and regional level
The legal framework data collection was the first activity conducted by the COWORKMed project.
The aim of this report is to present main regulations, reforms, approaches, and mechanisms among MED countries.
The report is articulated in three parts: the first part presents the legal framework of each territory; the second part contains a summary of the local stakeholders’ interviews conducted in order to better understand coworking activities ; the third part presents the main results emerging from the collection of information on the legal framework and the interviews.
Catalogue on MED coworking spaces and services
The report presents the results of the survey carried out in each territory to realize a census of coworking spaces and coworkers in order to identify their geographical and urban localization.
Terms of reference for the elaboration of a digital platform, open source, aiming at merging with other platforms
This report is focusing on the complex topic of the definition of coworking activities. It describes steps done to build an updated dataset of coworking spaces in territories involved in COWORKMed and possible obstacles or ways to connect these coworking spaces.
Results of that report are shown on a map.
The COWORKMed project will end in two months and further publication is expected by the end of April 2018.
The final conference will be held in Zagreb on April 12th. For any further information about COWORKMed and the final event, please contact our web manager and organizer of the conference at firstname.lastname@example.org.
